1 Definitions

3 Eligibility & Registration

Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

4 Account Management

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered ph599 account. If ph599 identifies duplicate accounts registered by the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. The player's primary account may also be subject to review and suspension.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph599 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ph599 will treat any action taken using your credentials as authorized by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph599 immediately via live chat support.

4.3 Account Accuracy

If any information provided at registration changes — including your residential address, contact number, or payment method details — you must update your account profile promptly. ph599 is not liable for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated account information.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. ph599 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Players will be notified prior to any administrative fee being applied. Inactive account balances will not be forfeited without prior written notice.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph599 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph599 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. ph599 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your ph599 account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to three (3) banking hours to reflect. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and account status review. ph599 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. ph599 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on ph599 — including live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, crash games, and any other products — are governed by individual game rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules will prevail for that game.

7.1 Sportsbook Betting

ph599's sportsbook covers PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, and major football leagues. All sports bets are subject to ph599's Sportsbook Rules. ph599 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets at amended odds where a clear pricing error has occurred, where an event result is disputed, or where the integrity of an event is called into question. Winnings on void bets will be returned to your ph599 account balance.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ph599 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the bet amount returned to your account balance. ph599's decision in such matters is final.

7.3 Jackpot Games

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any ph599 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any ph599 content without prior written consent from ph599. Unauthorized use of ph599 intellectual property constitutes an infringement of ph599's rights and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Responsible Gaming

ph599's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph599 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by ph599

ph599 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if ph599 determines in its sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false identity information, or if ph599 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited.

13.2 Termination by Player

You may close your ph599 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any available balance. ph599 will process your withdrawal request in accordance with applicable KYC and payment terms. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph599 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ph599's support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ph599 will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute notices within ten (10) business days. Player complaints that cannot be resolved through the ph599 support process may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established regulatory channels.

15 Amendments to Terms

ph599 may revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will take effect on the date indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ph599 platform after revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
